3angle.xyz is an informational website presenting the work and services of 3ANGLE. It is not a marketplace and does not process transactions.

Any project inquiry initiated through the linked Discord channel becomes a separate conversation and, if it progresses, a separate written agreement between the parties. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

Sections of the site (including the "Studio Preview" template) may show illustrative content, fictional titles, or brand marks used for demonstration of what 3ANGLE can build. Unless explicitly labelled as a case study of real client work, such content should be understood as a design/engineering demonstration rather than a claim of a commercial relationship with any third-party brand.

All original text, code, layout, and visual design on 3angle.xyz is © 3ANGLE and its contributors. Third-party brand names, logos, and marks that may appear (e.g. platform icons) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse the site's original code, design, or copy without written permission.

The site links to and integrates with third-party services (Discord, Roblox, X, Instagram, Vercel, Google Fonts, and others). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or content.

Do not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, run automated scraping at abusive rates, or interfere with normal operation.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ANGLE disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, unless local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
